I found out on this trip really it doesn't take a lot to make me happy. All I need is the sun and my bicycle. Yesterday I added beach to the equation and it was just wonderful!
I bought my ticket from Barcelona to Basel yesterday for June 27. Now that this item has been taken care of I have way more free time to spend in each city. I took this opportunity to go to one of the many beautiful beaches in Saint Tropez. I went to Eden beach in the south of Saint Tropez and it was absolutely stunning. Crystal clear waters as far as the eye can see and not a cloud in the sky.
I think May and June is the best time to do the south. Especially if you are on a bike trip because the weather is not too hot and not too cold. The so called Goldilocks weather!
In the evening I walked around old Town of Saint Tropez and there were many huge Yachts docked in the harbor. Before this trip I had never considered owning a Yacht. But now I am determined to have my own and a residence somewhere close to the sea and beach!
Today I head out to Toulon about a 80km ride. The weather is amazing as always so it should be alright.
