Liverpool and Kane

I have been so busy with travel and everything I never really had the chance to update this blog since Liverpool. 

So the second day of Liverpool I met up with Kane and performed at the Monkey Barrel. 

Kane is my friend from Canada.  We used to do direct sales together at Mavericks Communications.  Now Kane is working with his uncle selling a shaving system for bald men.  Who would need a shaving system for bald men you might ask? I asked the same when I heard it.  But in any case he has been living in Southport since last year August.  His girlfriend Sarah is French and they met in Bangkok.  Sarah just recently moved to Southport to be with Kane and they are moving back to Canada soon to get married. 

Anyways we caught up over a trip to the Science museum.  And in the evening I did my show at the monkey barrel.  It was great as always.  There was a Black guy sitting at the back and I did some crowd control with him asking him how much he weight etc.  He told me 20 stones,  which apparently is an actual measurement.  I didn't know that to my chagrin. 

Finally we finished for the night and I went back to my hostel for some much needed zzz.

PS.  Almost forgot the most amazing thing about Liverpool has to be their Cathedral.  It doesn't look that big but it is massive!  Probably the biggest church other than St. Paul in the Vatican. Definitely check it out!
